Source text - English Preparing for the Installation
Before beginning the installation procedure, prepare the following:
Provide these tools for unpacking and installing the system:
• #1 PHILLIPS® screwdriver
• #1 Flat head screwdriver
• Antistatic wrist strap included in accessory kit
Take ESD Precautions: 0
Some components within the system contain static-sensitive parts.
To avoid damaging these parts during installation, always observe the following precautions:
• Keep the system turned off.
• Use an antistatic wrist strap (included in the accessory kit).
Keep static-sensitive parts in their original shipping containers until ready for installation.
Installing the System
Installing the system in a rack consists of 2 steps:
1. Locating the Mounting Position 0
The system is designed to fit in a standard 18.5-inch wide rack.
It is important to the chassis installation to locate the hole pattern in the rack rails.
Warning: If the rack is empty at the time of installation, do NOT install the chassis too high in the rack. The weight of the chassis may cause the rack to become “top heavy” and unstable.
2. Installing the Chassis
Assemble the support brackets.
The rails are preset for easy installation. Loosen the two nuts securing the back portion of the rail so the rail can adjust to the depth of the rack. Slide the chassis in place.
Note: Ensure that clip nuts are installed on the rails prior to installing the chassis.

Source text - English MASTER FRANCHISING
The operating margins for many in the real estate
brokerage business are very slim: the industry
gross margins are shrinking. Those percentages
can increase when you become a Master Franchisee
because you are not wrestling with the same
overhead costs as individual broker/owners.
As an Intero Master Franchisee, your overhead is
limited to the operational cost of your company
owned brokerage, your administrative office and
support staff. This can mean profit margins could
potentially be much higher than your brokerage
operations.
