Not receiving KudoZ notifications ('please select categories')

Hi guys,
I am not receiving any kind of notifications (in fact haven't received anything for quite a while). I have my settings to receive jobs notifications. I set manually to receive forums notifications. And I'm not receiving kudoZ notifications either when I post a question or replies to my answers/comments. Anyone experiencing the same? Is there anything that can be done to solve this? THANKS!! Grace.

you need to check your Email preferences, in Your profile > Settings tab > Email preferences option
Your Job notifications are currently set to:
(*) Email me notifications in this language pair that relate to any of my categories
but you have not specified any category, therefore no notifications match your specializations. You need to select another wider option or specify your Fields of specializati... See more

I changed this one, so it should work now
In KudoZ, you have selected no language or subject.
I don't mean to receive all the questions as I check them online when I have time. Problem was that I posted a few questions last week, and didn't even receive the confirmation that my questions have been posted, nor any notification of the answers of my collegues. This used to be automatic. Has anyting changed that I'm not aware of?
And for the Forum notifications, I tick the box to "Track this forum" and Update but I don't receive anything as I used to (I'm pretty sure I haven't changed anything).
