Dear Proz, My Proz mail doesn't appear to be hitting my Outlook inbox. Is there a problem with the server? Lost emails mean lost jobs!

Hello Andy,

Site staff will need to check to make sure your problem is not coming from the Site, rather than from your ISP. The best way to get their attention is to submit a Service Request via the Support button at the top of all ProZ.com pages.

Meanwhile, keep checking the job postings on the Site, to make sure you aren't missing anything, and let's hope you get your message bouncing problem solved quickly.
