Yo no lo traduciría literal, como metas de estiramiento, aunque uno pudiese tener la tentación. Lo que en mi opinión sucede es que los anglosajones nos llevan siglos en leguaje de marketing y los correspondientes conceptos en español vienen decenios después, y hay que esperar a que alguno se "asiente" convenientemente.
