Modified Duty for work-related injured employees should follow the following guidelines:

1) Remember to keep within the scope of the employee’s physical limitations.
2) Try and pick a customer site (store) or XXX distribution center near where the employee resides.
3) Inform the employee that he/she must call their area manager on arrival and departure from the store.

Service Representatives
If at all possible have injured employee report to XXX Distribution Center and work in the Sign Shop or other assigned area. Greet potential XXX customers and direct the customers to the correct XXX product lines.
Clean and dust wood moulding bins, use shop-vac where allowed, and remove all XXX trash, especially in the saw area. Identify and label any top stock and over stock items.
Clean and dust ballister boxes, and restock all Surewood ballister products. Measure display areas for future Points of Purchase.
