Spanish term

heart cut rafinate

Spanish to English Law/Patents Law: Patents, Trademarks, Copyright
Reformate streams may be full range reformates, light cut reformates, heavy reformates or heart cut reformates. These fractions typically contain smaller amounts of lighter hydrocarbons, typically less than about 10% C5 and lower hydrocarbons and small amounts of heavier hydrocarbons, typically less than about 15% C7+ hydrocarbons. These reformate feeds usually contain very low amounts of sulfur as, usually, they have been subjected to desulphurization prior to reforming so that the resulting gasoline product formed in the present process contains an acceptably low level of sulfur for compliance with current sulfur specifications.

Discussion

Andrea Niño (asker) Feb 22, 2006:
AMMENDMENT In fact, it should read reformate as in the English version. Obviously a mistake.
David Elliff Feb 22, 2006:
Shouldn't this be: (1) in the English to Spanish category, and (2) "reformates", as given in the context?
