Ich würde sagen das "fair likeness" in diesem Fall die Bedeutung einer "ziemlich guten Ähnlichkeit" mit der Person hat, die ihren Namen hergibt. Da Fotos schon vorher erwähnt werden gehe ich davon aus das Bilder, Zeichnungen, etc. der Person gemeint sind, die neben dem Orgiginalfoto mit in die Lizenz eingehen.

Explanation:
Ich glaube es dreht hier um das Recht, ein erkennbares Abbild zu verwenden, zB in Reklamen. Das koennte ein Paar Stoffohren fuer Mickey Maus, eine Puppe mit weissem Handschuh und roter Lederjacke fuer Michael Jackson, usw sein.
