cross-docking = transbordement (cross-dock = quai de transbordement); le graphique n'a que des barres pour les six derniers mois, sans aucune autre information, et j'en ai deux: "Internal Performance" and "Sequencing Performance".

Au fait, j'ai trouvé l'article auquel se rapporte le graphique, donc voici le reste de mon contexte:
"First, a brief overview of what we do at the Sequence Centre. We send our order in such a way that it is arriving just as it is needed, and it is sequenced in such a way that each part in the rack corresponds to a particular vehicle coming down the line. We sequence roughly 28,000 parts a day and our target is to make only 2 internal errors (picking errors that are caught before leaving the facility) a day. Our monthly target for impacts is 0, meaning that we sequence between 500,000 and 600,000 parts a month and 0 errors can leave the building."
