peer agreement (net): +1fuera de junta Explanation: Bien, aquí aunque pudiera parecer que es "asamblea", la frase nos habla de los directores, o sea, del consejo de administración. Por tanto, debería ser una "junta" a mi entender. En cuanto a la frase en su conjunto, habría que aclarar con el resto del texto si estos votos se refieren a votos emitidos sin que se reuna nadie, o los emitidos por una persona que no ha asistido a una junta que SÍ se ha celebrado. Pienso que "fuera de junta" abarca estas dos posibilidades. |

Nevertheless, everything is possible, depending on the Articles of Incorporation of a Company, or on the Board Meetings' rules, or on the Community rules. |
