fuera de junta Explanation: Bien, aquí aunque pudiera parecer que es "asamblea", la frase nos habla de los directores, o sea, del consejo de administración. Por tanto, debería ser una "junta" a mi entender. En cuanto a la frase en su conjunto, habría que aclarar con el resto del texto si estos votos se refieren a votos emitidos sin que se reuna nadie, o los emitidos por una persona que no ha asistido a una junta que SÍ se ha celebrado. Pienso que "fuera de junta" abarca estas dos posibilidades. |

sin Asamblea Explanation: In the context provided, this is the meaning.- -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 6 hrs (2006-05-10 15:06:04 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- I believe it's "Asamblea", mainly because it seems to refer to a Shareholder's Meeting.- In a Board Meeting it's very unusual to see votes in a written form through voting slips, whereas you can see them in a Shareholder's Meeting, in an Owners' Commmunity Meeting, and so on. Nevertheless, everything is possible, depending on the Articles of Incorporation of a Company, or on the Board Meetings' rules, or on the Community rules. |
