could it be auditoria? in which case it would be audit
First of all, the other answers are absolutely correct but auditorio is so close to auditorium that it surprised me that you didn't pick up on that and made me think that it must have been used in some other context where auditorium wouldn't fit.....so I thought of auditoria which means audit. Dunno if this helps but... just in case. Good luck!

auditory? listening room? hearing?
I'm still dwelling on your question because, like I said I think auditorio is so close to auditorium that I don't think that's what you're looking for - maybe it is in which case you have your answer but I thought I'd give you everything that popped into my head just in case. The trouble is audio is the root and auditorio can mean so many things. If we had more context we could zero in on it. Hope something here helps you! If not, give us more context and we'll be glad to help. Good luck!

auditorium
If it isn't "auditorium" maybe it's the actual people in it, i.e. "audience"?

the audience
It's normal to call the attendance as "audience", specially in concert halls, TV studios, etc., to differenciate from "public", "crowd" etc.
