Couldn't find a reference to duckbill in relation to a shear pin, but I believe that "bico de pato" would be a Portuguese way of translating a cotter pin, which is split and looks like a duckbill.

Cotter shear pin:
There were three maybe 5/8" pins on the cart that inserted into the fuselage of the 'CAT: one on the bottom and one on each side. A cotter shear pin was inserted and this kept the yowling target on the cart.
