den Feindschaftsgrad erhöhen/steigern

Explanation:
depends on the context, as usual - therefore hard to tell really. Yet, apparently it is taken from a video game, where you often have different warriors or 'gangs' fighting each other. If your warrior attacks another gang's warrior, the 'hate' between your gang and his gang will increase (in many video games you can see the 'hate' between the gangs/warriors in the statistics). In German, often the term "Feindschaft" or "Feindschaftsgrad" is used in such games. See yourself whether it fits into your context.
