spectral analysis

In this context, it automatically refers to the following.

Spectral Doppler echocardiography uses ultrasound to record the velocity, direction, and type of blood flow in the cardiovascular system. The spectral Doppler signal is displayed on a strip chart recorder or videotape. Fig. 198-4 demonstrates spectral Doppler echocardiography and 2-D echocardiography recording of flow through the mitral valve. Color Doppler echocardiography is essentially 2-D Doppler echocardiography with flow encoded in color to show its direction (red is toward and blue is away from the transducer).

Spectral [analysis]

The spectrum is a range of data measurements.
"The results from the spectral analysis of the EEG signal performed by a commercial system"
Does EEG stand for "Electro-encephalo gram", the measure of brain wave activity? (I suspect it does)

See below

"Espectral": 'Spectrum, spectral'. Is a kind of analysis based on the spectrum of light, (or wavelenght) emitted by a substance when is properly excited (see 'Spectroscopy' Encarta 99).
"EEG"(ElectroEncephaloGraphy):
'ElectroEncefaloGrafía': Is an electronic device that records the brain's impulse wavelenghts, via electrodes implanted on the skull, and its variations, to determine brain's conditions (with non-invasive methods).
Luck!

Spectrum analysis

This is more usuual that "spectral", although technically the term usually specifies what spectrum is involved.
