Hola a todos:

Tengo que traducir esta expresión en un contrato. Al principio del mismo aparece esta definición:
Retained group means de vendor, any holding company from time to time of the vendor and any subsidiary from time to time of the vendor or any such holding company.

El retained se podría traducir como contratado, pero no me parece que tenga mucho sentido. Había pensado en poner Grupo de trabajo o algo así, pero sigue sin convencerme del todo, ¿alguna sugerencia?
