SI es un Notario el que escribe, pude traducirse como "depositar en Notaría, protocolizar", "dépôt entre les main d'un notaire"... quizás se corresponda más con esto.

agree  Esther Vagogne: aunque en general se traduce "en mi poder" en esta frase en concreto creo que la opción correcta sería "pagar en mano".
