neutral  Erik Boers: Writ of summons is dagvaarding. I think in this case bailiffs and prison directors are ordered to serve a writ on certain persons to appear in court. Or doesn't that make sense?//Indeed. IMHO writ of summons is dagvaarding, not bevel tot dagvaarding.
