つまり、会社が連帯保証人となって担保を供与することもなければ、リースに関連して発生する諸々の費用も一切負担しません。すべては自己責任ですよ。ということだと思います。

抵当など担保を一切設定しない


Explanation:
ここでのchargeは、「費用」というより、security charge(fixed charge/floating chargeなど)を指していると思います。日本法ではないので両方とも「担保」になってしまいますが、単にcharge, mortage, security, hypothecationなど類似のものを含めているように思います。一応幅を持たせてますということで、「一切の抵当や担保を供与しない」にするか「抵当など担保を一切供与しない」あたりが無難かと思います。「供与」は「設定」でもいいかも知れません。
