French term (edited): l'avant mur rayon L1 L2

the anterolateral [abdominal] wall at [upper-lumbar] levels L1 and L2

(The words between [...] are optional and can be omitted.)

"The abdominal wall consists of skin, layers of fascia (connective tissue), muscles and parietal peritoneum. It is subdivided into the anterior wall, right and left lateral walls and posterior wall for descriptive purposes. Since the boundary between the anterior and lateral walls is indefinite and some structures (e.g. muscles and cutaneous nerves) are present in both, the combined term ***anterolateral abdominal wall*** is often used."

anterior vertebral surface between L1 and 2

The passage is refering to the anterior surface of the lumbar vertebrae (not abdominal wall) where the sympathetic ganglion runs. Mur in this case refers the hard surface of the lumbar vertebra

I don't relaly understand and do not have the reply, but I have done shiatsu and know acupuncture points points, because they are called "points" L could be for the Lungs méridion (which in french would be (P for poumon) The points L1 and L2 are situated on the anterior of the body just underneath and above the clavicle.
