Context : TOT procedure for stress urinary incontinence
Cette intervention se situe dans l’espace périnéal limité cranialement par le muscle releveur et son aponévrose, caudalement par la membrane périnéale, en dedans par le tissu périurétral , et en dehors par la paroi pelvienne constituée à ce niveau de bas en haut par la branche ischiopubienne et la musculature sous lévatorienne du trou obturé (muscle obturateur interne et externe et membrane obturatrice).
