"Стороны не имеют друг к другу претензий" - не подходит, т.к. этот оборот уже используется в этом же предложении.
"К взаимному удовлетворению сторон" - ? Нормально для документа?

Asker: В документах обычно пишут: "удовлетворению Сторон", а тут уже есть "стороны" в начале. Вы предлагаете писать просто: "... к обоюдному удовлетворению" (точка в конце)?
