This is what Fey/Fladt (Brooks/Mertin) - Deutsches Bilanzrecht (German Accounting Legislation) has to say on page 17: German: Der Inhalt des Anhangs bestimmt sich vor allem nach §§ 284 und 285 HGB. Darüber hinaus enthalten §§ 264 ff. HGB eine Reihe weiterer Vorschriften zu Angaben, die wahlweise in der Bilanz/GuV oder im Anhang gemacht werden können.
