MCV NORMAL EN ACPS

Spanish to English Medical Medical (general)
I can't seem to decipher the line "MCV NORMAL EN ACPS" in these medical records. The patient has had a stroke and also suffers from chronic atrial fibrillation and valvular heart disease.

Discussion

Roxanna Delgado Oct 10, 2009:
No surprise there. I have lots of experience with those, either typed or, better yet, handwritten!
Daniel Greuel (asker) Oct 10, 2009:
It very well could be…this document is rife with typos. It would make sense, too, since C and V are right next to one another on the keyboard...
Roxanna Delgado Oct 10, 2009:
Sometimes they write "MVC" for "murmullo vesicular conservado", but then it shouldn't have "normal" as well.
Roxanna Delgado Oct 10, 2009:
MCV or MV Hi Daniel. Could it be "MV" instead of "MCV"?

normal breath sounds in both lung fields

I'm thinking it is: MV (murmullo vesicular) normal en ACPS (ambos campos pulmonares).
