Igor, Michal crowl-space nie je basement, hoci pod niektorymi domami je dost priestoru (vyska) na to aby sa tam dal dat furnace alebo aj ohrievac na vodu, nieco uskladnit, ale sa tam pohybuje dost tazko, nie vzpriamene. V tom pripade je to maitenance and storage space Niektore su ovsem velmi nizke (crawl space) tak ze sa tam musi pohybovat clovek na kolenach, co je skor nato aby spodna voda naohrozila dom a pod.

crawl space mozno pravdepodobne tiez pocitat za typ "basement-u", ale nie v rozsahu podpivnicenia ani suterenu, kedze je urcene hlavne na vedenie instalacii, odizolovanie domu od pody a pod. a nedosahuje vysku standardného suterenu / podpivnicenia.

dakujem podpivnicenie- podiel zo zastavanej plochy stavby 1/3, 2/3 alebo nad 2/3.
Zatial nam je jasne ze je to basement. Teraz sa musime rozhodnut pre , partial basement or full basement, plus este jedna moznost, crawl space, co ovsem podla mna nie je basement ale spadat do kategorie podpivnicenie, co je tuna velmi bezny sposob.

Michalov preklad je v poriadku, vystihuje podpivničenie do 1/3 zastavanej plochy. Čiže pivnice / basement / sú pod 1/3-nou zastavanej plochy.

Mária, pokiaľ sa hovorí o podpivničení, ide o podiel zo zastavenej plochy stavby - zastavanou plochou stavby sa rozumie plocha ohraničená pravouhlými priemetmi vonkajšieho líca zvislých konštrukcií všetkých nadzemných a podzemných podlaží do vodorovnej roviny, čiže v tomto prípade ide o podpivničenie do 1/3, podpivničenie do 2/3, alebo podpivničenie do rozsahu úplného podpivničenia.

1. "Je to pomer z celkovej zastavanej plochy" alebo

Dylan, mam pravdu - teraz som sa stavil v poistovni, pretoze aj na svojej zmluve mam uvedenu 1/3. Je to pomer z celkovej zastavanej plochy.

now, it depends what they are # for 0 - 1/3 ? above ground level - that would be - walk out basement

suteren-podlazie budovy al. ciastocne nad urovnou terenu. Podlažie asi od podlaha al. dlážka, dlažba-nielen tvrda pokryvka cesty ale aj dlážka (zastarav. vyraz).
