Three concentrations (1.5 µg/mL, 1.0 µg/mL, and 0.5 µg/mL) each of Impurity 1, Impurity 3, and Cyano Compound were added to 1 mg/mL of XXX (lot XXX), in triplicate, to determine the accuracy by calculating the recovery of each impurity. These levels correspond to approximately 0.15%, 0.10%, and 0.05% impurity levels in the XXX sample preparation. The acetonitrile-derived peak was observed in front of the Impurity 1 peak, so only Impurity 1 was retested in triplicate for a total of 6 replicate samples
