| Reference: Estate and interest Reference information: Claudia al momento non trovo il giusto traducente italiano ma dal diz, giuridico De Franchis tra i tantissimi significati attribuiti a ESTATE ti segnalo in breve quello sulla "real property" a grandi linee la definisce come lo status di una persona rispetto alla terra che possiede e poiché questo dipende dal titolo sul quale si fonda il possesso (tenant, freeholder, leasolder) il titolo stesso e di conseguenza il diritto di possedere quel bene immobiliare.... Per esempio la tenure è il rapporto tra lord and tenant mentre l'estate è il diritto del tenant al godimento ... Chi ha diritto illimitato ha un estate diverso da chi ha diritto limitato alla durata della propria vita o a un certo numero di anni.. A differenza del diritto romano la common law non designa il primo come proprietario e il secondo come usufruttuario ma considera ciascuno di essi come proprietario del proprio estate... la definizione è lunghissima. Ho anche trovato un forum di discussione dove sembra si arrivi alla stessa conclusione: http://forum.wordreference.com/showthread.php?t=550799 "Estate" in this context means the manner in which you hold the property ie. leasehold, freehold, etc. "Interest" means your share/proportion of the property.
