: ‘Refereed’ here describes the type of the journal and is not an adjective for ‘article’. A rephrase is the articles published in refereed/peer-reviewed journals as opposed to ISI journals.

: "ارزشیابی شده" is a general term and won't differentiate between an ISI journal and a refereed or peer-reviewed one. Apparently, papers presented to all such journals are 'evaluated/reviewed' first, before they get published.

1. ISI is basically a database of journals and specializes in citation indexing. It is not a "higher" category of journals. It does not referee or peer review articles. There is no need to distinguish "ISI" versus "peer reviewed"...we are talking apples and oranges. Peer reviewed/refereed journals, of course, are included in the ISI database.
2. مجله علمی پژوهشی = scientific (research) journal...which may or may not be peer reviewed. The English titles of the Persian examples typically say "...Science Journal" or "The Research Journal of...." just like similar journals in English.
3. Even if all the articles in these journals are peer reviewed, it is misleading to say that مجله علمی پژوهشی = refereed journal. Several good suggestions have been made, such as
مقالات نشریه (پژوهشی) ارزشیابی شده
or
مجله داوری شده
