Nafta de alto punto de inflamación
Explanation:

"high flash" means "with high flash point" = "de alto punto de inflamación".

This is NOT the same as punto de ignición.

The punto de inflamación is the lowest temperature at which the material will form inflammable vapors.

The punto de ignición is the temperature at which the material will actually set fire.
