Je pense que l'expression fait référence au signalement des accidents de paiement aux agences de crédit américaines.
L'ennui, c'est que la "credit history" n'est pas forcément une notion connue dans le pays du destinataire...
Cela vaudrait la peine de demander au client comment il veut "adapter" ce passage (pour faire comprendre la menace contenue dans ces termes, il faudrait l'expliciter).
