Una vez terminada la operación física o aproximadamente una hora antes de terminar, el Responsable de Operaciones realiza un preaviso de salida a Prácticos (con la información proporcionada por el Coordinador de Operaciones). Una vez finalizada la operación, el Coordinador de Operaciones prepara la documentación, siguiendo el procedimiento FT.02.01.02- Preparación Documentación- y el Agente la entrega al capitán junto con el Ship Clearance. La documentación es la siguiente:

SUBRULE: 47 PILOTAGE:
From sea to docks or docks to sea, per foot of draft each direction:
(I) All vessels ................................$ 16.00
(I) Minimum charge ......18 feet or ...........$ 288.00
Note: An additional fee of (I) $0.0250 (2.50 cents) per gross registered ton will be assessed for each movement.
Shifting vessels between docks or moorings at Port Brownsville or Port Isabel:
Self-propelled with steerage:
(I) Under 3,000 gross registered tons ..........$250.00
(I) 3,000 or more gross registered tons ........$450.00
Shifting vessels between ports of Port Brownsville and Port Isabel and any intermediate points, either direction:
Self-propelled with steerage ...............$302.50
All vessels that are non-self-propelled or disabled will be assessed double draft charges and gross tonnage fees per Pilot, per
movement, and Pilotage charges will be assessed to towing vessel.
Port safety radio charge of (I)$10.00 will be assessed per Pilot, per movement.
Rates for unusual types of vessels such as drilling rigs, etc. shall be normal vesssel charges and $75.00 per hour, per Pilot, per
movement.
Notification: A minimum of three hours notice from Harbor Master\'s Office is required prier to the arrival and two hours notice
prior to departure or shifting of any vessel.
Detention Charges: Arrivals: Detention charges of $75.00 per Pilot will be assessed if stated arrival time is changed less than two
hours before stated time.
