French term

canliné

French to English Tech/Engineering Food & Drink
**canliné** de congélation. This has to be a typo, surely? But for you food experts, what is it? It describes a long freezer unit in a supermarket. It has a waist-high display chest, above which is a series of glass cabinets (like kitchen cabinets) containing other frozen goods.

(combiné), combined upright/chest freezer (display) cabinet

From your description the type might be "combiné" for combination of upright/chest
or vertical/horizontal freezer units

a French native may have other ideas of what "canliné" is but this seems likely

the "combination" may be also a combination of chiller & freezer as well as upright/vertical and chest/horizontal
