It's true... You can use "humpback" for a person:

It's a lot more common, though, to use hunchback.

Personally speaking, "humpback" makes me think of whales, camels, etc.

Also, I think the sarcasm is not lost when using "hunchback."

Thank you to everyone for the different opinions, though, as it is always good to consider things from different perspectives.

Dear Mona Helal
For humpback (n) humpbacked (adj) please look up Al- Mawrid dictionary, both words possible for the current term. Moreover, I said that the term can be used in more than one form such as hunchback/hunchbacked according to the same dictionary. I only gave an example and in my opinion, humpbacked is more suitable specifically here, because it is a metaphor and sarcastic term.

hunchback/humpback here is a definition of hunchback:

It is usually common to use hunchback for humans.
And it is common to use humpback in this context:

When talking about camels, I haven't heard humpback camel. The protrusion on the back of the camel is called hump. So it's a camel's hump:

يبدو لي أن مقتب الظهر من االقتب وهو كما في موقع المكتبة الأسلامية
قتب : القتب ، والقتب : إكاف البعير ، وقد يؤنث والتذكير أعم ، ولذلك أنثوا التصغير ، فقالوا : قتيبة
وفي الحديث الشريف
لا تمنع المرأة نفسها من زوجها ، وإن كانت على ظهر قتب . القتب للجمل كالإكاف لغيره ومعناه : الحث لهن على مطاوعة أزواجهن وأنه لا يسعهن الامتناع في هذه الحال .
أعرف أن القتب من خشبتين متوازيين بمسافة تزيد عن المسطرة تنفرجان تدريجياً باتجاه الطرف مرتبطان بلبادات على شكل وسادة مربعة تقريباً تبطن بليف ( بألاياف) النخيل أو القطن أو ... ويزين القتبب بقماش ثقيل أوقماش غير خشن.
مقتب الظهر أي مقوس يشبه القتب. . مقتب الظهر يمكن أن تترجم بأكثر من صيغية لأنها تعنى تقوس الظهر. مثلاً :
