il s'agit ici non seulement d'une obligation de résultat, mais cette obligation est assortie d'une disposition "once-through"... si quelqu'un a l'expression consacrée, ce serait naturellement idéal et je ne manquerais pas dans ce cas de la sélectionner immédiatement. Bon courage!

ne s'agit-il pas ici d'exprimer l'idée que les services doivent être réalisés de manière efficace avec un résultat correct du premier coup, ce qui signifie qu'il n'y a pas de pertes de temps à reprendre certains points...
