Wieder brauche ich das in Rumänisch, aber seit gestern hat mir niemand geantwortet. Also brauche ich eure Hilfe, vielleicht hilft mir das englische Wort weiter.
Das ist aus eine Liste der Ersatzteile, also habe ich nichts mehr, außer einer Bestellnummer.

Ein Nadelkranz (oft auch schlicht als Nadellager bezeichnet) besteht aus einem Käfig und den Nadeln. So leitet sich auch der englische Begriff her. Die beiden Links zeigen ein Nadellager mit Beschriftung in DE (1) und EN (2). Das Axial kann m. E. entfallen, da dies die Standardbauform eines Nadellagers ist (im Gegensatz zum Radial-Lager).

I still agree with Klaus' answer; so he should get the points no this one; however I wanted to point out that I disagree with the advice to omitting 'thrust' or 'axial' (which is sometimes preferred in the UK).
According to a consultation with the responsible engineers at the bearing company I work for, if a customer asks simply for a needle roller and cage assembly without further specification, they will assume it's a radial needle roller & cage assembly that's wanted,which is the standard design, and not an axial or thrust one.
So my advice is definitely not to omit that part of the designation.
