French term or phrase: molette de réglage
Hello,

The entries I have found for this on online dictionaries, (GDT, IATE) give wheel among other terms, all of which do not fit with the image I have of this molette, it looks more like a stick (number 7) (this piece is an organde de mesure)

http://postimg.org/image/wi80qi7ah/

here is some context:

Any ideas?
Thank you!

neutral  B D Finch: Though the noun does exist, it is rarely used and not appropriate here. Knurling is criss-cross milling; hence one may have a knurled knob.
