Asker, that is a different questions — I saw it when you asked it before, but did not reply, as I do not know the answer. You may have to ask your customer, as it is very likely to be a mnemonic specially created by these people. if it is in the wider community, then it ought to be readily findable by a bit of research.

I am more than ever convinced that this 'PREP' mnemonic is either specific to Allergan themselves, or to the organization involved in writing this document whatever it is. Possibly with more context we might be able to help you — for example, what is in this famous Q. 6, and what are the 4 points being discussed? Knowing what THEY are might at least start to help with working out what 4 things P R E P might stand for.
