"Deutliche Einschränkung der Wirbelsäule mit Schober lumbalis 10/11"
I am not familiar with the term Schober lumbalis.
After researching the term, I am inclined to translate "Schober's test". Is this correct?

Discussion
Schober gibt es halt nur an der LWS. "Lumbal" und dann noch in Latein ("Schober lumbalis") ist zum einen redundant und offenbart zum anderen eine gewisse sprachliche Hybris...
"Einschränkung der Wirbelsäule" ist letztlich eine Nullaussage, solange man nicht die Dimension/Qualität der Einschränkung klar bezeichnet...
Was ist denn eine "deutliche Einschränkung der Wirbelsäule"...?
Beweglichkeitseinschränkung kenne ich ja, auch Flexionseinschränkung u.a...
