Definition of the refrigerant load
The refrigerant load level must not exceed the quantity which can be stored on the high-pressure side.
If migration into the compressor during shutdown times is likely, or if the load exceeds 1.5 kg, Tecumseh recommends the use of a crankcase heater and/or a non-return valve on the discharge line.
The return of liquid during transitory periods will be prevented by an anti-hammer reservoir.
