Spanish term

Epifrafe

Spanish to English Law/Patents Real Estate
Can anyone tell me what this word means please (never seen it before!)? It's a column heading in a list about the property owned by a deceased person and is on a form regarding inheritance tax.

No es una pregunta PRO. Con dos segundos de reflexión, se infiere que es epígrafe, no Epigrafe, como escribiste. Vaya, ni dos segundos.

It must be a typo for "epígrafe". In this context it means "rótulo": title or heading. The exact translation will need to be decided in the light of what the column contains.
