I am looking for a creative translation of this translation term. It is coined from "Translation" and "adaptation".
Kindly, find below some explanations. You may also do further research as long as this term has to do with our career and needs to be perfectly coined in Arabic.

“transadaptation” is just a variety of translation guided by the purposes of the initiator (not the author of the source text) and adapted to the needs and understanding of the audience (generally distinct from the audience for whom the source text was written). Often the decision to translate or create a new text will rest on whether one is working from a known English source text (a text that one wishes to make accessible to a new non-English-speaking readership) or whether one is working back from some specific informational needs of a culturally and linguistically distinct community. The existence of an appropriate English-language source text is of course crucial in making this decision.

Film translation is a particular form of audiovisual transadaptation, which has nothing to do with literally translation. (Anyway, this is true for practically every field of translation). It is an art of adapting audiovisual material to a specific cultural and linguistic context. Most of all, in the case of political/social documentaries which have plenty of cultural references.
I wrote my final dissertation on the Italian transadaptation of Fahrenheit 9/11. : ) Therefore, I had the opportunity to see how often it was necessary to change, re-create and shape the original dialogues in order to send 'the message' to the Italian public.

While doing researches for my thesis, I found some extremely interesting articles on, for example, the transadaptation of the famous cartoon 'The Simpson'. It is really challanging to translate this American 'social' cartoon into any other language..

Test transadaptation (translation and adaptation) is the process whereby a test
constructed in one language and culture is prepared for use in a second language and
culture. Test transadaptation involves both the translation and adaptation of items
written originally in the source language and the replacement of items unsuitable for
translation/adaptation with items written in the target language. In the process, the
transadaptation team effects a series of changes and modifications before the test
attains its final transadapted form.
