@Susanne A bit more googling shows one translation of "Low-Profile Platte, dadurch geringes Auftragen" ti be simply "low profile plate", so feel free to submit your answer.

Google reveals another reference to "Low-Profile Platte, dadurch geringes Auftragen", so perhaps more along the lines of "schonend"??
