German term or phrase: Ventilationsstörung
Stent verschluss ... Leichte obstruktive Ventilationsstörung ... mittelgradige pulmonale Hypertonie ...

I've had a look at Kudoz and found "ventilation disorder".

(This site differentiates between obstruktiven Ventilationsstörung and COPD.

However, is "obstructive defect" a more common term in English? That the obstruction refers to pulmonary function could be added on later.

Explanation:

"slight/mild obstructive ventilation impairment" or
"slight/mild obstructive ventilatory impairment"

My spirometry and lung capacity results stated: spirometry data is consistent with a mild obstructive ventilatory impairment. Lung volume are within normal limits. The increased airways resistance is consistent with airway obstruction.
http://www.medhelp.org/posts/Respiratory-Disorders/mild-obst...

If one includes all types of chronic generalized airways obstruction under the heading of “COPD,” diagnosis of this condition requires only the demonstration of an obstructive ventilatory impairment on spirometric testing that persists despite maximum medical therapy.

A total of 441 patients were included in this study, with 79.1% (95% confidence interval: 71.3%-82.9%) showing spirometric evidence of obstructive ventilatory impairment COPD.

The severity of obstructive ventilatory impairment and hyperinflation, especially the inspiratory capacity to total lung capacity (TLC) ratio, correlates with the severity of sleep-related breathing disturbances. Early treatment with continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) improves survival, reduces hospitalization and pulmonary hypertension, and also reduces hypoxemia.

Obstructive ventilatory impairment is the Impairment of airflow during expiration with concomitant air trapping and hyperinflation. The increase in airway resistance (due to narrowing of the airway lumen) can be caused by conditions in the wall of the airway, where smooth muscle hypertrophy may cause airway narrowing (e. g., asthma); outside the airway, where destruction of lung parenchyma may cause airway narrowing upon expiration due to loss of radial traction (e. g., emphysema); and in the lumen of the airway, where increased mucus production may cause airway narrowing (e. g., chronic bronchitis). The radiograph shows key features of obstructive lung disease.

Thank you - had this text been on pulmonary function (findings, parameters -as per Anne's remark), this is the answer I would have chosen.

agree  Anne Schulz: Given the added context, a general term like "obstructive pulmonary disorder" or "obstructive airway disease" would be my choice.

Ventilatory defect/disorder

Explanation:
Either of these terms could be used to describe obstructive ( or restrictive) pulmonary disease

I think this would best be translated as 'mild obstructive ventilatory defect' if pulmonary function tests are part of the workup, and disorder if PFT have not been mentioned.
