Italian to English Bus/Financial Finance (general) lines of credit

The problem here is the context, I don't believe we are talking about the traditional "equity share" but an actual "Quota" of "Participation" in a line of credit, i.e. more than one company participating in the line of credit and in its uses. I am not sure how to render this concept, I have looked through proz and in some English literature but have not found anything that seems suitable to the concept I need to express.
I have thought of: Participation Share, Quota or Portion of Participation to the Line but it does not sound right.

The document deals with the granting of these lines of credit to various companies and groups of companies and the relevant use of the same.

Quota di Partecipazione Complessiva alla Linea A indica l'importo complessivo delle Quote di Partecipazione alla Linea A pari, alla Data di Sottoscrizione pari ad Euro xxxx

i Finanziatori le cui quote di partecipazione agli Utilizzi effettuati e non rimborsati in totale superino il xx% dell’importo complessivo degli Utilizzi effettuati e non rimborsati a valere su tutte le Linee di Credito.

Quota di Partecipazione alla Linea di Credit indica:
in relazione a ciascun Ente Finanziatore, l'importo indicato nella relativa colonna
