نمط الحركة التمددي للعضلات
لا أظن أن كلمة طور هنا تصلح لأنو الطور هو المرحلة التي اعتمدت على ما قبلها لتتطور عنها "وخلقناكم أطوارا" فالأفضل أن نقول نمط وليس طور. الأمر الآخر هو أن أصل الكلمة بالإنكليزية ومعناها لا يُشيران إلى شي له علاقة بالمركز حيث أن المشار إليه هو هيئة الحركة وأنها تتعلق بتقلص العضلات مع تمددها عند تعرضها لتوتر وإجهاد. فبرأيي يجب أن يكون المعنى ما اقترحته أعلاه لتحمل أقرب معنى للمراد في العربية والذي يجب أن يعاكس المفهوم الآخر وهو Concentric Phase نمط الحركة التقلصي.
