Hi Peter. Yes, Cosnautas is the best and most comprehensive online resource. Ian Beattie's book is the best hard-copy resource that I know of; he has all of his 14,000+ Spanish entries with their meanings in Spanish, plus the English equivalent of each one.
We also have an excellent, very comprehensive hard-copy resource in Ian Beattie's book, Medical Abbreviations Spanish-English, put out by the Editorial Club Universitario in Spain (available through Amazon).
