προγραμματιζόμενο πλήκτρο/κουμπί
This is a bit straightforward - it is a button which can be programmed. Button can have two almost identical meanings - use the first one when referring to a keyboard, or the second one when referring to a button than can be pressed (e.g. on a machine).

Since I see you are using it for PC Phones, it should be προγραμματιζόμενο πλήκτρο (programmatizomeno pliktro) - you can ignore the last word as it should not be used in this case.
