One of those things that I feel shouldn't be translated... I've never heard of a "barbeque man"... I can't think of any equivalent in proper English, although I may be mistaken.

as in pasta chef, or dessert chef. perhaps specify as brazilian-barbeque chef since churrasco isnt exactly what americans refer to as barbeque in terms of cuts of meat and seasonings.
