Este título me suena muy extraño y me pregunto si se me escapa algún significado oculto, una alegoría, un juego de palabras, un... algo (?)

Tema: hormigón arquitectónico (Architekturbeton), y tras este título se pasa a describir el ayuntamiento de Middelburg (NL) como obra arquitectónica en forma de barco (y situada junto al agua).

Das Rathaus ist das Tor zur Stadt und steht im engen Kontakt mit dem Wasser, da es in Form eines Schiffes gebaut wurde und sich direkt am Wasser befindet. Was macht man im Rathaus? Man kommuniziert, spricht. Das Tor zur Stadt spricht also mit dem Wasser.

Aber vielleicht weiß jemand mehr.

pensandolo...: si se trata de un título - más datos no tengo sobre el tema - quizás pudieras salirte absolutamente de lo literal y buscar una forma más "poética", algo así como "coqueteando con el agua", idilio entre.... y el agua" o "romance de .... y ...",
