got it! Finally worked it out - it's "medicina dell'età neonatale, infantile e adolescente" - i.e. newborn, child and adolescent medicine.

need more context, but I wonder if this isn't a study programme on medicine for the elderly run by the NIA. The problem is the 'pediatria' context. Just an educated guess!
