living construction material(s)
Can only find one Google reference (see below) which refers to the use of living trees and/or plants (as distinct from "dead" timber) as construction materials e.g. to support river banks or slopes. Although they are certainly organic as well, it's the "living" part that seems the most important part of the meaning.
