subumbilical / umbilical incision

IMO you have to consider the whole phrase, not only the German word "Nabelgrube". Here you describe the start of a laparoscopy, and the English texts on this procedure must be the guideline for translation.

Mostly "small umbilical incision" is used, but there are also quite a number of documents showing "subumbilical incision" - in order to give the detail "untere Nabelgrube".
